New Web Site

So, at long last I have got rid of my clunky hand crafted website, for the business at least (my personal home pages are still handcrafted with love and tears!). I decided to use the WordPress installation I was using for this blog, with a responsive theme called Responsive.

There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, Nicola at Love to Web is starting to get stuck in to converting web sites that can be viewed on phones etc, so I though that ours should have this capability too. Secondly, I have a customer who wants a simple website to go with the signwriting I will be doing for his business, and I thought a simple WordPress site hosted at WordPress or possibly locally, would do the job, so I had better know how to use it! Using a simple template and some basic words produces a quite acceptable site.

So here it is, still a work in progress, but it works.
